Payment Policy

Delivery Policy
- We ship products within Albania and internationally.
- Delivery time may take up to +15 days due to artisanal production and logistics.
- Shipping costs will be 200All for deliveries inside Tirana and 300All for deliveries outside Tirana.
- In case of damage or loss during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return Policy
- We accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 14 days of receipt.
- Personalized products may not be eligible for return.
